Disconnect Meta access

1. Sign in to Live AI School and open Meta Ads MCP.
2. Use the revoke option to disable the MCP key and connection.
3. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Live AI School Ads MCP if you also want to revoke Meta's authorisation.

Pause active campaigns in Meta Ads Manager before disconnecting. Revoking access does not automatically stop or delete advertising objects already stored by Meta.

Request deletion

Email learn@liveaischool.com from the address used for your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Say whether you want the Meta connection removed, your marketing profile removed, or your full Live AI School account deleted. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.

What we remove

• Meta connection: the stored encrypted Meta token, MCP-key record, connected asset identifiers and operational data that is no longer required.
• Marketing profile: contact details and campaign membership that we are not required to retain. We may keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not email you again.
• Full account: personal account, learning and support data that we are not legally required to keep.

Deletion from Live AI School does not delete campaigns, ads, audiences, leads or forms held by Meta, payments held by Stripe, or information another independent service must retain under its own legal obligations. Manage those records with the relevant provider.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or proof that an unsubscribe request was honoured. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and deleted or anonymised when the requirement ends.

Timing and your rights

We will acknowledge the request, verify it where necessary and respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law. We will explain if an exception applies or if we need additional information. See the privacy policy for your other rights and complaint options.
