Using Live AI School
Terms of service
Last updated 21 September 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to the Live AI School website, learning area, digital resources and optional Meta Ads MCP. Live AI School is operated by Sarah Pagel. Contact learn@liveaischool.com with questions.
By creating an account, buying access or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Live AI School for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that company.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, keep login links and MCP keys confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe they have been misused. You are responsible for activity through your account. The service is intended for adults; you must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live.
Purchases, renewals and cancellation
Prices and the payment schedule shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Community enrollment and membership payments are handled on Skool. Stripe may process payments for other services where offered. Any recurring plan continues until cancelled as described at checkout or in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally undo access already supplied or charges already incurred.
Any refund, cooling-off or cancellation right required by applicable consumer law continues to apply. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period, the effect of that request will be explained at checkout where required. Any advertised guarantee applies only under the eligibility and evidence conditions stated with that offer.
Learning content and acceptable use
- Your access is personal unless a team or business licence expressly says otherwise.
- You may use course outputs and templates for your own work or business, but may not resell, publish, share or reproduce the course library, member area or credentials as a competing product.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious material or use another person's account.
- AI and marketing material is educational. Review outputs and obtain professional advice where a decision carries legal, financial, employment, medical or other material risk.
Meta Ads MCP
- Meta Ads MCP costs USD $149 per month for one authorised, locked Meta ad account. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Ad spend, AI assistant subscriptions and community membership are separate.
- Use Manage billing in your MCP workspace to update payment details, view invoices or cancel renewal. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid period. Access is suspended when payment is overdue or the subscription ends. Revoking a key does not cancel your subscription.
- You may connect an ad account without a Facebook Page. Creating ads and lead forms requires an authorised Page and the relevant Meta permissions.
- You remain responsible for strategy, creative, targeting, claims, lawful basis, consent, Meta policies, budgets, advertising charges and the treatment of every lead you collect.
- Campaigns are created paused. Activation requires a current review and explicit confirmation.
- You must have permission to use uploaded customer lists, audiences, Pages, Pixels, forms and other assets.
- You must provide required notices and consent for tracking, customer audiences and marketing follow-up.
- Do not access another person's assets, evade platform controls, discriminate unlawfully, mislead people or use the service for prohibited or illegal advertising.
Disconnecting the MCP does not automatically pause or remove campaigns already held by Meta. Review the account in Meta Ads Manager and pause anything that should no longer run.
Third-party services
Meta, Stripe, Skool and other connected services have their own terms, policies, billing and availability. We do not control their decisions, including ad review, delivery, account restrictions, API changes or outages. You must keep any required third-party account in good standing.
Intellectual property
Live AI School and its licensors retain rights in the site, teaching materials, branding, software and templates. You keep rights in material you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit that material to provide the service you request.
Availability and results
We work to keep the service useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every third-party tool, or particular learning, advertising, lead, revenue or business results. Marketing platforms and AI outputs change. Review generated work and settings before relying on them.
Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, respond to misuse, comply with law or platform requirements, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable issue.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Live AI School is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, third-party platform decisions or advertising spend you authorised. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including cookies, email, the Meta Pixel and the Meta Ads MCP. Our data-deletion page explains how to disconnect Meta and request deletion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will apply prospectively, and the date above shows the latest revision. Email learn@liveaischool.com if you need help.
